January - The month of new beginnings.

January , its a month of the beginnings.

We make lists of goals we want to achieve in the next 365 months, which are fast approaching.
We have to change habits that we’ve had in the past that haven’t exactly been our friends.
There’s a whole awareness of what we’ve done wrong and what we want to improve.

I’m not the best person at changing habits, but like most people, I like to make a list of goals and figure out what I need to do to improve myself – personally, mentally, spiritually, socially, and professionally.

Creating a list of goals and plans for the year 2025 is an excellent way to organize your goals and focus on what you want to accomplish.

Here’s a guide to help you structure this list effectively:

1. Before setting goals for 2025, it’s a good idea to reflect on the past year.

Ask yourself:

What went well in 2024?
What were the biggest challenges?
What did I learn from past experiences?

2. Set Clear and Specific Goals
The key to success is to be specific. Instead of “I want to be healthier,” define something like: “I will exercise 3 times a week and eat more fruits and vegetables.” Clear goals are easier to stick to.

3. Divide Your Goals Into Areas

You can divide your goals into different areas of your life, such as:

- Personal: How to improve your well-being, learn something new, meditate, etc.

-Professional: Get a promotion, develop new skills, start a side project, etc.

- Health: Setting exercise goals, improving your diet, getting regular check-ups, etc.

- Financial: Saving a certain amount, paying off debt, investing, etc.

- Relationships: Spend more time with your family, make new friends, improve communication with your partner, etc.

- Leisure and Personal Growth: Travel to new places, read more books, learn a new language, etc.

4. Set realistic deadlines and link them to each goal to stay motivated and organized.

It can be useful to break them down into monthly or quarterly objectives.

5. create an action plan

For each objective, develop a detailed action plan. This could include:

- Concrete steps you need to take;

- Resources needed (time, money, help from others);

- Follow-up: how you will monitor progress (daily, weekly or monthly).

6. Adjust and be flexible

    As the year progresses, unforeseen events may arise. Be prepared to adjust your plans if necessary and be flexible with your goals.

7. reward yourself every time you achieve a goal, no matter how small. This helps keep you motivated throughout the year.
